Okay, okay… TUESDAY.

You may be thinking this is another one of those… “Darren, you don’t usually do too much on a Tuesday” type of argumentativeness towards my doings. I am now thinking this may become an absolute “false” in the future. This was an ACTUAL visit to the local hospital to learn about and get signed up for the “Volunteer Services”. Ah-ha! (See, I told ya I was going to get this done someday!)  See??  See??

Attended the Introduction Class all morning just to mainly get the paperwork and an “understanding” of the whole volunteer system that gets done. I have to say that this is all very interesting from what was learned. It just allows you to volunteer once a week, either in the morning or afternoon. Morning would be good. I’m just “more alert” in the mornings. (asleep in the afternoon)

Need to fill out some paperwork and such, then get it back to the hospital to file. Then I would suspect that I would learn more or be wanted to start “watching other volunteers” do their work, like was told to the class. Whichever would be great.

Have to wait and see. Anyway, I had to get up WAY earlier than my usual time to attend. Type ya later. 😉

Another Monday… or was it Tuesday? I’ll know the difference soon!

Monday. Monday. Monday… Had to be Monday for me to visit my Psych lady. Today was a complete success because the moment of our meeting together and leaving the building to (actually) walk down the street to obtain our Chipolte was great. We obtained the “needed” food and did the return by walking back to the building we had come from. Just a bit of an interesting challenge that was needed with the successful doctor/patient talk (and Chipolte!) during lunch time.

Walked completely back to the doctor’s office and spoke about the things that need to be talked about (While EATING). ya-da… ya-da….

I step outside afterwards, and the Taxi pulls up. (It’s Magic!)

That’s about it, my friends. I was promised Chipolte NEXT WEEK too. Give a person the need to show up at a doctor’s office, eh? Just make it worth it.

Ah-ha! Here’s some news!

I am in this comfortable item called a… um.. oh, I remember, a BED. I climb out of this bed item at an early hour this morning. Really early for myself. It was, like, 10 o’clock or something like that. None the less, I have awakened and received a phone call from the local hospital. Ya know, that one I’ve been writing about!

The very kind nurse tells me that the hospital here in town is having the Scheduled Orientation next Tuesday, April 14th. That’s cool. Then I see the time… 8 am to Noon? Oh, that’s just wrong. I guess that I’ll just have to sleep through that entire meeting while there. Or maybe just go to bed earlier. Either one, that’s what I finally got.

Yeah!

Psych….ich? naaa… That’s not the word…

I saw the Psych again today. When it comes to leaving the house and being successful at obtaining her presence with mine, it’s always nice outside. But, yet, I have always been successful at using the excuse that it is not clean enough outside for us to walk. NEXT WEEK we are, uh, walking. <GRIN> Walking to the nearest Chipolte down the street. Ah, I see what she is doing. Giving me a REASON to want to walk. This will be the most intelligent decision on her part that she has ever made towards me. Good one. Good one.

Now, we will have to hope the weather is good. Ah, maybe bad weather and I can just talk her into driving us to the restaurant? Snow? Possible? Hmm… Have to think about that one. None the less, I can actually look forward to visiting a place to eat along with another person I have grown to know better.

None the less, I’ve been having decent days to live. Uneventful. My fault. People typing to me in ALL CAPS to get me to do things is just very disturbing. I think that maybe I need to take another nap… for some reason that “maybe” is all I can think of…
